euno

Bridge your AI chats.

euno is a Mac menu bar app that bridges chats in Claude, Codex and Cursor, so one AI can read the other’s conversation when it needs to.

Typing /euno in Claude reads Codex’s review over the bridge, and Claude carries on from it.

I made euno to solve a problem of my own. Send requests to Issues or to me on X. “Please don’t expect too much.”

  1. Double-tap the right ⌘ key.
  2. Pick the chats to bridge.
  3. Type /euno in the chat. In Codex, type $euno.

Questions

Is euno free?

Yes. euno is free while it’s in beta.

How does euno read my chats?

Claude, Codex and Cursor keep their chat history on your Mac. When an AI asks for the chat on the other side of a bridge, euno’s MCP server, registered in each app, reads that history and hands back the messages as they were written, with who said each one. It doesn’t summarize or reword them. It reads what you and the agent said, not thinking, tool calls or attachments.

Does euno send my information anywhere?

euno never sends message text, read records or usage data. It goes online only to check for updates (updates.fenrirx.dev and GitHub) and to install or update the skill (npm and GitHub). If you ask an AI to name a bridge, the chat titles and repository names go to the CLI you choose. Messages euno passes to an AI are handled by that AI app, like anything else you send it.

Can an AI read all of my chats?

No. An AI can read only the chat you bridged it to. To help you pick, euno lists your recent chats by title, folder and date.

Does euno change my chat history?

No. euno opens each app’s history read-only. It keeps its bridges and a record of which AI read which chat, without message text, in ~/Library/Application Support/euno.

Why does euno need Accessibility permission?

To tell which chat each app is showing, and to notice a double tap of the right ⌘ key. euno never reads or records which keys you press.

Which Macs and apps does it work with?

macOS 15 or later on a Mac with Apple silicon. Intel Macs aren’t supported. You need two or more of Claude (Code in the desktop app, or Claude Code), Codex and Cursor.

euno stopped reading a chat after an app update.

Claude, Codex and Cursor can change how they store history without notice. Update euno to the latest version, and if the problem stays, report it in Issues.

How do I uninstall euno?

In Settings → Integrations, unregister the MCP server and remove the skill for each app. For Cursor, also delete the euno entry from ~/.cursor/mcp.json. Then quit euno and move it to the Trash. To remove its records too, delete ~/Library/Application Support/euno.
